NimBank Tool Update v3.0e


New release for the NiMBank Tool in v3.0, the tool to tag some Native Instruments products
(Maschine, Massive, FM8, Kontakt and NKS files).

What's new

This tool is compatible with Python 3.
This is the alpha release... So there is perhaps some bugs... please report.
